How do you see yourself, and how would you like to be seen?

I see myself as a God fearing woman who is grateful  to have do overs to be better than I was the day before. I would like to be seen as a fair and loving person who loves to inspire others to live life to its fullest.

How do you define your purpose in life?

I believe my purpose in life is to motivate and encourage others to see their potential. I love cheering for others to win. I believe God has me here on purpose and each day I wake I should be encouraging and motivating others.

What are three events that helped to shape your life?

Becoming a Nana has really grounded me and makes me work harder to make sure she has a legacy. And make sure she knows God and has her own relationship with God.

Becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness leader I love working with others who want change and have goals, but I also encourage them to love themselves first from the inside out.

Becoming an entrepreneur 14 years ago taught me about taking risks.

What woman inspires you and why?

Stacy Abrams  I love her drive and how she refused to be defeated and took what they stole from her and turned into a positive movement for Black Americans.

What do you believe will be the biggest challenge for the generation of women behind you?

I believe a big challenge is still going to be waking America up to the fact that women, especially black women can change this world.

As a Woman of Valor, what advice would you give to your younger self and do you follow this advice now? Do it afraid!!! I take more risks and chances now that I’m seasoned and I wish I would have taken more risks and realizing if I did fail it meant I did at least try.
